The Census 2020 panels were funded by Distrcit7 Councilwoman Monica Rodriguez and the nonprofit Pacoima Beautiful. These 5 mural panels are located in the city of Pacoima, in front of Pacoima City Hall. Muralism artists and crew painted and designed these panels depicting the importance of the Census and getting counted!
