The Long Beach Community Foundation funded our Un Mundo de Amigos Preschool mural! Un Mundo De Amigos is dedicated to creating a safe, loving, dual- language, and balanced learning environment that inspires children of diverse backgrounds to fulfill their unlimited potential! On National Philanthropy day 2020, Un Mundo De Amigos staff & families, community volunteers, the Long Beach Community Foundation, and Muralism all came together to transform the street-facing wall of this preschool into a vibrant work of art. This mural, created by Muralism artist James Hart, depicts children of diverse backgrounds coming together, with love floating through the air.
